Leland doesn't even have to not try in high school: she's already been accepted as a student to Central Michigan University. She got a letter in the mail today saying she's been accepted for the freshman class of 2028. It included a sticker.
She is way ahead of me.

That is crazy. How did they know you had a baby?
Not sure how they know we had a baby. We were wondering the same thing. Perhaps they have staffers who just constantly peruse birth announcements at city and county clerk offices throughout the country.
I LOVED that letter. Good going Stephen and Linsey for being parents of a daughter who is pre-approved for CMU!!!!!!
