Linsey made these cookies in honor of the start of the 2008 baseball season. While the cookies are good, the baseball season is not going so well. So far, the Red Sox are fairing much better than the Tigers, which at this point have just two wins.
Hopefully that will change before August rolls around.

Lucas is in complete awe that you were able to make those. Did you cut those out by hand or did you have a cookie cutter
Aww, Lucas is so funny. I used a cookie cutter for the actual cookies and then I used icing and piped all the D's and B's onto wax paper, let them harden and then peeled them off and put them on the frosted cookies.
Without sounding like a crazed fan, how in the heck can you do those?? I am so impressed. You and Kara are my heros. I wanna do something like that. What flavor were the cookies?? Does the white frosting harden??
